Royal Mail Returns

Need to return an item?  Trust us to deliver your parcel back to its original seller or retailer.

 

Ordered something you're not quite sure of ? No problem. We return parcels for high street and online shops in the UK and we have a couple of options to help you do this.

How do returns with Royal Mail work?

  • Find your retailer in the drop-down box on our Track my Return page
  • Add your order number
  • Add your contact details
  • Use the tickbox at the bottom to confirm your parcel doesn't exceed the maximum weight and size limit
  • Click 'Create your label'

You'll then be sent a downloadable label to send off your return - we'll also send this label to your email address.

You can print your label at home if you have a printer - or get your label printed off in-store at one of our Parcelshops. Just use the QR code on your confirmation email after you've set up your return.

We offer a range of super simple nationwide drop off points to get your parcels on the road. It's easy to drop off your package, however it suits you.

At-home collections for returns

If you don't fancy leaving home to send your return, no problem - we'll pick up your parcel from your doorstep. Take the effort out of sending parcels and book a returns collection with us, using our Parcel Collect service.

It's totally free, we can bring any labels that you need if you don't have a printer at home. Plus, if you're making multiple returns, they can all be part of the same collection.
