What are Royal Mail’s Parcelshops?

Our Parcelshops are places where you can drop off your parcels and returns when you have bought postage online, you have a postage label, or you have a QR code which needs a label you print out in store.

We currently have two partners operating Parcelshops for Royal Mail services:

• Collect+
• The Post Office

Our Collect+ partner stores are normally open 7 days a week from early until late, so they’re an ideal choice if you need to drop off a parcel later in the day or after work.
 

How to find your latest Parcelshop:

It’s easy to find your local Parcelshop drop-off point.

• Go to our ‘Service Near You’ page
• Enter your postcode or use your current location
• When the results page shows up, toggle from ‘Postbox’ to ‘Parcelshop/Delivery Office’
• Your local Parcelshop will show up with a red ‘shop’ icon

Post Office Branches continue to offer Royal Mail services you’re familiar with.

All Post Offices accept parcel drop-offs and returns of all Royal Mail items, as well as selling our postage services. Other services offered vary by branch.

What is a parcel drop-off and delivery service?

Drop-off parcel delivery services are simple to use - it’s a service which makes it simple to send parcels and returns. Just take your parcel to a location where a courier will collect it - Parcelshop locations include Post Offices, as well as garages, newsagents and shops if you’re using our Collect+ service.
 

Why should I use a parcel drop-off service?

• It’s easy and quick
• You can drop parcels off out-of-hours if you use our Collect+ service
• You’ll get proof of postage and regular updates from your courier
• It can be cheaper than getting your parcel collected from your home

 
Is it easy to use Parcelshops?

Yes - if you’ve used a provider like Yodel, InPost or Evri before, you’ll be familiar with the process. 

 
Royal Mail Parcelshops

At our Royal Mail Parcelshop you can drop off your pre-paid parcels and returns, print your postage labels and collect your parcels.

Other services include the ability to buy stamps including Special Stamps and stationery if you need to package your parcels.
