With Pouch Services, you can fill a pouch with all your mail going to another of your offices or branches.  You pay per pouch rather than paying postage for each individual item.

    Streamline your processes

    Decide how many sites you want to include in the contract and buy the appropriate pre-paid, single-use, disposable pouches. These are available in different weights, depending on whether you choose an ‘up-to weight’ or an ‘average weight’ pouch service (see below).

    Simply put your mail into pre-paid pouches. At the end of the day, we’ll collect and deliver to your premises, anywhere in the UK. Your pouch will usually arrive first thing the next working day, including Saturdays.

    There’s no need to weigh each item you’re sending or spend time filling in paperwork. Since you only pay for the pouch, the service costs less than sending mail 1st Class.

    Choose a contract that suits you

    We charge a flat rate per pouch (500g, 1kg, 2kg, 5kg and 10kg), based on the average weight of all your pouches. We may review this average weight and make adjustments.

    We charge a fixed price for each different pouch weight (500g, 1kg, 2kg, 5kg and 10kg). So if you use three different weights, each pouch would have a weight and size limit. For example, if your customer service centre sends 700g on average, they would use the 1kg pouch. If Head Office averages 4-5kg, the 5kg pouch is the answer. And if there’s a yearly mailing of 9kg for publications, then the 10kg offers the best solution.
