Offer Parcel Collect in addition to our Tracked Returns service to create an easy returns option for your customers, with the added choice and convenience of having the item collected from their door.
Your customers can book a collection through our website for a Tracked Return item, using a label they have generated online or by using a label you provided when sending the parcel.
Once the label is attached and the collection is booked, we’ll be at the collection point on the chosen date to collect the item.

How to use this service
This service is available with a Business Parcels Account.
To access Parcel Collect you must use the Royal Mail Tracked Returns service and receive a minimum of 20 returns per week or 1,000 per year.
With Tracked Returns, you can sign up to our returns portal - providing your shoppers a hassle free way to produce their returns labels online.

Returning a COVID-19 home test kit?
We’re sorry but our Parcel Collect service can’t be used to return COVID-19 home test kits. If you book a collection using Parcel Collect and attempt to hand a COVID-19 home test to us, we will refuse to accept it and you won’t be entitled to a refund.
