Click and Collect is a convenient way many customers choose to receive their deliveries. With Local Collect we’ll deliver directly to their local Post Office® branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point for them to pick up when convenient.

• Customers can collect from around 10,000 Post Office® branches or 1,200 Royal Mail Customer Service Points across the UK
• They’ll get an SMS/email notification when their parcel is ready
• Increase first-time delivery success to keep customers happy

How to offer Local Collect

Local Collect is free if you're using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am or by 1pm.

Safeplace

Let customers choose where they can have their deliveries left if they’re not in. With Safeplace they can nominate their secure place or a neighbour to receive their mail.

• More parcels are delivered safely first time, even when the recipient is out
• Free service for Royal Mail 24 & 48 and Tracked 24 & 48 customers
