How does Selectapost work?

  1. Sign up for a minimum of one year, then renew either quarterly or annually
  2. Supply a list of up to 25 categories for your mail to be sorted into
  3. We’ll deliver your sorted mail on our usual rounds

Once you’re up and running, you can make changes to the number or categories of selections.

You choose the categories that you want your mail sorted by.  It can be department, unit, division, workstream - whatever works for you, so long as it appears in your business address.

See if you're eligible:

To use Selectapost you’ll need to have a Royal Mail account and be spending at least £5,000 a year with Royal Mail.  If you have an Account Manager, they can discuss Selectapost with you, alternatively call us on 03457 950 950 – if will speed things up if you have your Royal Mail account number handy.

If you have one or more PO Boxes for your address, with Selectapost your mail can be ready sorted using the PO Box as a selection.
