In the run up to an election we’ll set up a dedicated election team.  They’ll be in touch to discuss your requirements.  You’ll be provided with a local contact to help you plan as well as access to our dedicated Election Support Team.  During this period our helpline is available 24/7 so they’ll always be someone here to help.

Response services

We'll discuss options with you including our response services, Business Reply and Freepost Plus and Polling Day Sweep.

Polling Day Sweep

With this service, we'll make sure that all your postal voting packs are gathered from our mail centres on the evening of polling day.  You can choose a sweep at one or more mail centres and can choose to have them delivered or you can pick them up.  Our team will discuss all the options and prices with you.

Election campaigns need to be planned with us at least 12 weeks in advance.
