Our 'Swap Out' forms are available to print off here or you can pick one up from your local Delivery Office's Customer Service Point. Alternatively, please complete the form below and we’ll post one to you. Swap out forms are also available from your local Post Office along with a free post envelope – but the Post Office won’t be able to swap your stamps for barcoded ones.
