URL links - Using the tracking reference number

To improve customer experience of using your websites we now offer a URL link using the Royal Mail or Parcelforce tracking reference number supplied by Royal Mail or Parcelforce on a number of our services. Using this direct link enables your customers to see delivery tracking information without the need to link to our website and enter or re-enter the tracking number.

We are currently experiencing technical issues with our standard tracking links. To resolve this, please use the link format shown below until further notice. Check back here regularly, where we will update you when you can revert to using our standard link format.
