1914-1918 Great War. This tablet has been erected and a clinical and pathological laboratory equipped at the Cardiff royal infirmary in loving memory of colleagues of the Cardiff postal district who made the supreme sacrifice.

This memorial is located in the reception lobby.Access is by appointment.
