Is there an additional charge for Sunday Delivery?
You’ll pay the same price for delivery on a Sunday as on any other day of the week.
When will items be delivered?
Deliveries will be made throughout the day, potentially up to the end of the day in some areas.
What happens if we can’t deliver an item on a Sunday?
If we can’t deliver the item as addressed, to a Safeplace, or to a neighbour, we’ll leave a ‘Sorry we missed you’ notification card. A delivery attempt will automatically be made for the next working day.
If the customer is not in and the item is Special Delivery Guaranteed, a ‘Sorry we missed you’ notification card will be left and a delivery attempt will automatically be made the next day.
Are there any exceptions to a Sunday delivery?

Will letters be delivered on a Sunday?
No, at this time we are focussing on Tracked and Special Delivery items parcels and letterbox-able items only for Sunday delivery.
