Our Tracked Returns service will be available in Australia and the USA very soon… with more countries to follow.

How it works for you

  • Full tracking gives you visibility of your returning stock up to 20kg
  • Available as a consolidated cost effective returns option within each country
  • All import customs processes are managed by our in-country partner.

  • Shoppers simply download and print a returns label via our portal
  • Depending on the country service, they can take their parcel to their local Post Office® or request a collection
  • Full tracking gives peace of mind that the item has arrived back with the retailer.

Electronic Pre-advice

Helping you stay ahead of the customs curve

More countries are starting to request electronic pre-advice on every international parcel they receive for security reasons and to streamline Customs processes. At Royal Mail, we’ve updated our systems to make it really easy for you to add the required information.

  • Sender details (name, address, telephone number and email)
  • Recipient details (name, address - including destination country, mobile number and email)
  • Item details (description, quantity, weight, value of contents, postage and insurance cost)
  • Trade Tariff (Harmonised System or HS) Code and country of origin of contents
