The aim of Mail Made Easy is to connect potential new users of direct mail / unaddressed media with service providers who are able to advise on and produce marketing campaigns. The purpose of this application form is to allow potential service providers to demonstrate their ability to meet the programme acceptance criteria. Applicants who successfully meet the criteria will be added to Royal Mail’s ‘directory’ of service providers (subject to entering into an agreement with Royal Mail on Royal Mail's standard terms for such arrangements), which will be made available to potential new clients, initially via promotion online.
Application process
Direct mail service providers are hereby invited to apply to qualify to join the directory by completing this application form. Any applicant who satisfies the minimum requirements set out in Sections A to D (completing all fields), and completes the undertaking at Section E, will become provisionally prequalified and will receive a communication from Royal Mail to confirm this together with details of the next steps and of the Programme processes and requirements (including entering into an agreement with Royal Mail).
Royal Mail Group reserves the right to obtain references from nominated customer referees as part of the application process, in order to obtain reasonable satisfaction as to the business integrity of the applicant.
In the event that an applicant does not satisfy the requirements stated above or fails to provide a satisfactory response to any further information that Royal Mail reasonably requires to evidence the applicant’s qualifications, Royal Mail may reject the application.
